Our simulation tool Quicmans® provides you with the possibility of tracking online the quality and quantity of bulk materials.

Quicmans records web-based data from existing measurements related to amount of material on belt, bunker level, speed and running time. The data are not only saved and archived, but also used by the program for dynamic visualisation of the material quality and condition. Knowing certain criteria of the input flow it is possible to obtain for specific points in the materials handling system continuously updated information on quality and quantity. Control factors derived from this information can then be fed back into the process control system.

The system makes the processes in production and combined operations transparent – which is the ideal basis for improving product quality and achieving the best capacity from a plant.
